By downloading and installing our app on your smartphone or iPhone, the chat on your website will be activated.
Thanks to this feature, your customers will be able to contact you in real time while browsing your website. In addition, you can contact them directly: you will receive a notification on your mobile device every time a user visits your site!
You can activate and deactivate the chat from your website, by clicking on Site Management and on Chat in the advanced settings or directly from your App, by clicking on View Profile.
