Check the invoice and payment history in the Site Details.

In the Site Details panel you will find all the general information of your website, from billing data to the history of invoices and payments.


How to change account data:

1. Go to the feature bar
2. Click Site Details
3. Click on Dashboard
4. Click Change Password
5. Enter your current password, choose a new password and confirm


How to change your billing information

1. Go to the feature bar
2. Click Site Details
3. Click Change Billing Information
4. Modify the data and click Save to save the changes


How to download a copy of the invoices

1.Go to the feature bar
2. Click Site Details
3. Click on Invoice History
4. Click on the arrow on the right to download the pdf of the invoices
5. Check “Send invoice automatically” at the top right to automatically receive invoices


N.B: only the owner of the original site can download and modify the billing data, and not the administrators.

Good to know: if you are unable to download the invoice by clicking on the download button, it is very likely that you have activated an extension on your browser that blocks downloads or popups. Please disable your browser extensions and try the download again.


How to view the payment dates of your services

1. Go to the feature bar
2. Click Site Details
3. Click on Payment History
