Set conversion goals to analyze website performance.

To better analyze the performance of your site, we recommend setting goals that provide an overview of what really interests you on the site, such as understanding how many visitors access a specific page that you have set in such a way as to generate income. (putting the e-commerce component or some external advertising banner, for example).

To create a goal, simply click on Goals, in the Statistics panel, and go to the Goal Management sub-section.
Click on the blue New Goal button at the top right and define the fields as:
- Name: it is the name you want to give to your target, in order to identify it in the best possible way;
- Description: it is an optional field but you can use it to enter a more detailed description of the objective;
- Target action: at the moment it is always set with Visit a page;
- Visit page: you can choose the page on which the action will take effect, that is the visit;
- Conversion value: This is also an optional field. You can indicate the conversion value that visiting that page could lead to for you.

Once the goal has been created, it will be present in the Goals List, within which you can remove or modify each goal by clicking on the three vertical dots positioned on the right.

In the General section, you are provided with a graph relating to the progress of the objectives set and below a detail of each objective with the total number of objectives achieved and the respective revenue as a percentage.
