The New Order notification, being a system notification, is automatically sent by e-mail to your customers after having completed a purchase in your e-commerce. In this case no credit is necessary and you can customize the email and the communication you want to send to your customers, except for the section of the email with the summary of the order.
New Order email click on the New Order box. You can add new sections, change the colors, change the font and size of the texts. In order to add and customize communications automatic based on specific events, remember to top up your credit from Marketing Tools → Billing → Top up Credit.
