Add new collaborators to better manage your website.

The Editor allows you to add collaborators for the management of your website by establishing a different level of access that can be limited to some pages or allowed for the whole website.

 

To add a collaborator:

 

1. ai on the right in the function bar;
2. Click on the Settings icon
3. Click on Collaborators
4. Click Add Collaborators
5. Click on Add Collaborators and enter the collaborator's email address
6. Click on Appoint
7. The Collaborator will receive an email that must proceed with the registration on the platform
8. You will be able to appoint the collaborator as Administrator of the whole website or as Administrator limited to some pages


REMEMBER: Registration will automatically create a FREE account, which is necessary to operate as an administrator.


To know: if you block the modification of a component with the LOCK function (present by clicking with the right button on the component) the administrator will not be able to unlock the component and thus will not be able to modify it.
This is useful if you do not want to have portions of the site changed by the designated administrator.
