Find out how to download the invoices of the PRO account and of the additional services purchased.

By accessing the work area, you can download the invoices relating to the PRO account and the Additional Services purchased at any time.
Click on Site Management on the right to access the Site Details panel.
Click on Invoice History to view the complete list of invoices. By clicking on the arrow on the right, you can download the associated invoice.


From Billing Data, you can change the billing information of your account: click on Save to confirm the changes. The changes will take effect from the next invoice issued.


N.B: only the owner of the original site can download and modify the billing data, and not the administrators.

Good to know: if you are unable to download the invoice by clicking on the download button, it is very likely that you have activated an extension on your browser that blocks downloads or popups. Please disable your browser extensions and try the download again.

Good to know: from the site name at the top right, you can switch from one site to another at any time.
