User ratings on the website increase the credibility of your business. For this the editor allows you to add the Reviews component.
To add the Reviews component to your website:
1. Left click on the Elements bar
2. Click on Utilities
3. Click Reviews
To manage the Reviews component:
1. Click on the Reviews component
2. Click Edit Review List
3. Click on Manage Reviews.
From the Review Manager you can:
1. View the list of customer reviews
2. Reject, edit or delete reviews by clicking on the three dots on the right of the review
3. Filter by Status, Rating and Date
4. Manually add a review by clicking on the plus icon
5. Choose whether to post reviews automatically or manually.
You can change the view of the Reviews component:
1. Click on the Reviews component
2. Click Edit Review List
3. Click on List Style to change the visualization style, the evaluation style, the reviews order and the number of reviews to show
4. Click Options to choose whether to show the rating, name, title and text
5. Click on the text icon to change the font and size of the text
6. Click on the styles icon to change the color of the text and buttons
7. Click on the plus icon to change the style of the review.
8. Click on Advanced to choose whether to link the review to e-commerce products or to the entire site
