Find out how to set your domain's DNS Records.

If you have purchased the PRO account with the DNS Service, it is necessary to set the records from the DNS Configuration panel of your current provider to allow the activation of your website.
The type of record to be modified to connect your domain to the website you created with us are Record A and Record AAAA

In Record A you will need to insert two Records:

In the first, you will have to leave blank (or enter @) the Host name field and in IP address enter the value: 35.190.27.135

In the second Record A, in the Host name you must enter www and in the IP address always enter: 35.190.27.135

As an alternative to the second A Record, you can add or modify the CNAME record by entering the hostname www and as a value, enter your domain name, for example: mariorossi.com

In Record AAAA you will have to insert only one Record:

You will have to leave blank (or enter @) the Host name field and in IP address enter the value: 2600: 1901: 0000: 0609: 0000: 0000: 0000: 0000

If you want to use the five mailboxes, you need to add more Records: for more information, see our guide on setting up DNS and MX for mailboxes.

If your domain is on Aruba, you can consult this guide.

If you purchased the domain on Register, you can click here for the complete guide to DNS configuration.

To know: DNS A, AAAA and CNAME records are unique and two or more records that have the same characteristics and that point to different IP addresses cannot coexist. Always make sure there are no similar DNS records other than those listed in the guide.
