Domain Transfer
If you have purchased the domain on another provider and intend to transfer it to Flazio, you must ask the provider for a transfer code, called Authcode, which marks the domain and allows you to authorize the migration from one provider to another.
The transfer code is provided, by law, by the provider who cannot refrain from issuing it, unless there are past debts or there are different agreements between the parties.
In this way you have the possibility to migrate the domain to other services, while continuing to keep the same name.
Usually the authcode can be taken from your registration panel, or you can request an email with the migration code via a button, again from the panel.
Providers such as GoDaddy, Aruba, Register, Ovh and many others, release the transfer code freely, giving the user the opportunity to get hold of it at any time, by logging into their account and positioning themselves on the domain tab.
Once you have the transfer code, simply search for the new provider you intend to use and follow the steps for registering the domain.
By entering your domain. On Flazio, the system will detect that it is occupied, you will have to declare that you are the owner, enter the transfer code and complete the registration procedure.
Transfer times can range from a minimum of 3 days up to 8 days, during which the two providers will communicate to start the migration procedure

to avoid losing correspondence.
If you want to activate the PRO Account but do not want to transfer your domain, you can select the DNS Service option when purchasing the account.
In order to complete the purchase with DNS Service, you will need to:
Log into your account or register on our platform;
Click Save or Activate Pro on the right to switch to PRO;
Indicate your card details and then your personal data for the PRO account header;
Choose the domain, which will already be occupied, and click on “I am the owner of this domain”;
Click on DNS Service;
Proceed with the purchase.
After completing the purchase, you will receive an email with all the DNS records to be set on the DNS Configuration panel present on your current provider.
