Tutorial, Create your website, Text,

Add an entrance animation to your text to attract attention.

Through animations, you can make the text very dynamic, applying unique effects on the component inserted.

1. Double click on the Text component you want to apply the animation

2. Click on Edit

3. Click on the Animations icon represented by two overlapping rectangles.

4. Check the Enable text animations box and the various options

will appear.

You can decide whether to apply the animation to each individual character or to each word.

The effects that can be applied are:

  • Fade: the letters or words appear individually with a fade in.
  • Zoom in, zoom out: the letters or words appear individually in fade as they zoom out
  • Blur: applies a blur when letters or words appear
  • Horizontal, skewed transition: letters or words enter individually from right to left, and with a slight inclination if selected oblique
  • Alternating vertical transition: letters or words appear individually from top and bottom, in alternating movements
  • Vertical transition from above, from below: the letters or words appear individually from above or from below.
  • Appearance from above, oblique, left: the letters or words appear individually with an incoming effect starting from the top, or with a slight inclination or expanding from the left.
  • Bounce: the letters or words appear individually with a short rotation to then find the final position.
  • Side slide: letters or words appear individually by sliding from left to right
  • Typewriter: letters or words appear individually by imitating a typing machine to write.
  • Tornado: letters or words appear individually while rotating from top to bottom, until you find the final position.

Good to know: if an animation is applied, the orientation of the text and the settings relating to line spacing and character spacing will not be taken into account. The text will then have the formatting set by default.
